Desde el comienzo, buscamos construir un cuidado cercano, integral y basado en evidencia, que contemple la salud renal junto con la vida cotidiana, los v\u00ednculos, las necesidades y las preferencias de cada persona. Sus experiencias y fortalezas nos ayudan a mejorar y a construir una comunidad en la que cuidar tambi\u00e9n significa escuchar, compartir y decidir juntos.<\/p><p>Nuestra participaci\u00f3n en el Programa de Centros Hermanos de la Sociedad Internacional de Nefrolog\u00eda, junto con el Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, fortaleci\u00f3 nuestras capacidades cl\u00ednicas, tecnol\u00f3gicas y organizativas.
